St Oswald's Church, Tile Hill

Welcome to our church.

Welcome to YOUR church.

If you live in Tile Hill North, Tanyard Farm, Banner's Brook or Bannerbrook Park then we are your parish church.

St Oswald's is unique in being the only traditional Anglo-Catholic church on this side of Coventry. If traditional worship is to your taste you may find that we are just what you are looking for wherever you live (over half of the people on our electoral roll travel from outside the parish because they love what we do).

If you're walking down Jardine Crescent, you may just miss us. We are that tall building (often mistaken for a warehouse or Fire Station) between the Health Centre and the Library. But don't let appearances fool you. Inside you will find a beautifully kept building (grade 2 listed) which is equally at home as a Foodbank or as a place of quiet contemplation and prayer.

During the current lockdown we are closed for public worship. We are live-streaming Morning Prayer on Sundays at 10.00am, you can find it on our FaceBook page.

If you need some quiet time, we are open for private prayer between 10.00am and noon on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

We will review the suspension of services when the lockdown is over.

It is currently mandatory for all people who attend St Oswalds for any reason to wear a facemask unless exempt, and where possible observe the 2 metre social distance during your visit.

During this Lock Down period when services are suspended the church desperately needs donations to survive. If you would like to make a direct bank transfer please email our Treasurer for our bank details.

St Andy's

St Oswald's is also the base for St Andy's, a church plant from St Andrew's Church in Eastern Green. St Andy's provides a much more relaxed and informal style of worship and is family friendly. St Andy's meets at St Oswald's on alternate Sunday afternoons. During the current Covid crisis you will need to contact Julie at St Andrew's, Eastern Green to reserve a place as numbers are limited.
